Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Personalized or custom items (with name or custom design) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for the same product if it arrived damaged.

• Please email us a photo of the damage within 3 days of receiving your package.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
